Milan Milosevic

Biography

Milan Milosevic is Doctor of Musical Arts in the clarinet performance, candidate at the University of British Columbia, recipient of the British Columbia Arts Council Award, the UBC – Faculty of Graduate Studies Research Award, and the UBC – Graduate Award for Academic Excellence. He conducts his doctoral research in extended clarinet and the tárogató melisma techniques with Prof. Jesse Read, Prof. Cris Inguanti – Assistant principal clarinet of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, and Prof. Nathan Hesselink – Ethnomusicology. Milan is Légère Reeds, Backun Clarinets & Stowasser J. Tarogato Endorsed Artist.  Milan currently serves as a Music Director at Vancouver College.
