Amanda Pepping

Biography

Amanda Pepping enjoys her multi-faceted career as a performer, educator, and scholar. She has given recitals and solo appearances in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. An advocate of early and modern music, she performs with period ensembles on the baroque trumpet (including an upcoming recording of solo baroque trumpet works with the New Trinity Baroque) and is Co-Artistic Director of the avant-garde ensemble Bent Frequency. Amanda is currently is the Brass Area Coordinator and Assistant Professor of Trumpet at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.
